Dr. Marcia
Dr. Marcia is the newest dentist at our clinic. Her focus is on comprehensive family dentistry.
EDUCATION
Dr. Marcia’s impressive educational background includes two bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s degree in 2010 from Queenland University. Dr. Marcia earned her DDS from Western University in 2020.
Before starting her dental career in 2021, Dr. Marcia spent a combined eleven years as a breast cancer research coordinator and manager at Women’s College Hospital. The experience has given her a special empathy for her patients, and a unique understanding of the individual clinical experience.
FAMILY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Dr. Marcia is commited to a comfortable, caring clinical environment that puts accountability to patients first. As a mom to a toddler, Dr. Marcia loves children and works hard to build trusting relationships with those she encounters (the secret we’re told, is in the words of the songs of Peppa Pig).
Outside of the clinic Dr. Marcia spends time with family, and enjoys cooking (crispy tofu is a favourite) and fitness, including yoga and endurance training.
